Spotlessly clean hotel, really enjoyed to be so close to the Prophet's mosque, masjid al nabawi thanks to fantastic location. The breakfast was delicious and there was a huge variety of good food. My room included climate control, multi-channel TV and ironing facilities. Cooperative and amiable staff as one would expect.

Liked location and staff. The room was cleaned everyday and available with king size bed, haram view. The hotel was located just off other business area, So close to the masjid Al Nabawi and the shrine. It was good to be 1 mile away from Mexican Chicken, serving short-orders.

All in all it was good value, considering prices in Medina. Very clean rooms, ENCHANTING ambiance. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. The idea to include an electric kettle, tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge in the junior suite was nice.
